Before you subscribe
Does every pharmacy show live stock?
No. Stock is only shown when participating pharmacy staff report it, with the quantity and time. We label everything else as unconfirmed.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Essential renews at €4.99 per month unless you cancel before the 14 days end. Complete is €8.99 per month and has no free trial.
Can I cancel or change plans online?
Yes. Account settings opens Stripe’s secure billing portal, where you can change plan, update payment details or cancel.
Is this medical advice?
No. The service helps locate pharmacies and reported availability. A pharmacist or prescriber should answer medication and treatment questions.
What this can tell you
- Every pharmacy near an address, ordered by real distance.
- Which are open right now, from their published hours.
- Phone numbers, websites and a route on a real map.
- Availability a participating pharmacy has reported, with the time it was reported.
What it cannot
- Know what is on the shelf at a pharmacy that has not joined. No public feed of pharmacy stock exists, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Guarantee stock is still there when you arrive.
- Give medical advice, a diagnosis, a dose or a substitution.
